Your product will be delivered to DHL within an average of 2 business days and the tracking number will be shared with you. DHL delivers within 1-3 business days throughout Turkey.

RETURN POLICY

- Products can only be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase and with proof of purchase, provided that other return conditions are met.

- Products must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered unless they were defective when sold.

- Package your return securely, if possible in its original packaging, and include your invoice.

- You will receive a confirmation email when your products reach us. Please allow 2-4 business days for your return to be processed.

Refunds to the original method of payment may take up to one week to be credited back to your bank account following the email confirming that your return has been accepted.

You will not have the right to cancel the order in the following cases;

- If the products are customized/personalized or designed according to your requests and/or personal needs,

- If the products are damaged or any item is missing.

Shipping costs for returned products are borne by the consumer.
